What is your exchange/return policy?

For items bought online: exchanges, store credit, or refunds within 30 days of time of order. Please DO NOT ship items back until first contacting us for prior authorization. For items bought in-store: exchanges or store credit only, within 30 days with receipt. From November 15th through December 24th: exchanges/store credit/returns good until January 15th.

What are your retail store hours?

May through December: 10:34 - 5:02, seven days a week. January through April: 11:00 - 4:00, closed Mondays.
